My advice would be to start outside in I-form, pro-set, and two TE, in slot for shotgun and spread.. That should get you close to the volume you need while still giving you enough breathing room to break long catch and runs. You might still miss the receptions goal but you'll stand a chance to get the yards.
This is good advice. Honestly, I have to imagine he's just doing your typical pro athlete "I'm gonna break all the records" speech. However, if that is his goal, he's going to have to focus on one record at a time and this is a good way to target one of those goals.
