Beaver - I am sorry. I have made a mess of this thread lately. I went back through the last post and fixed all the attributes to reflect correct changes. I also adjusted the entire update page page layout to keep all TPE math together moving forward which will hopefully help me, help you. Going back to review the past month, I did discover a small error for a single TPE. I will try my best to explain below. I will list that TPE below but I won't spend it until you confirm it's valid.

1st Post where you banked equipment TPE making banked TPE 5
Post where I determine TPE can't be banked and deduct 1 from bank
You agreeing the TPE can't be banked and subtracting the TPE from my bank after I had subtracted it
