(S6) - PT2 - New Teammates

It's hard for me as Rookie in the DSFL to single out one particular teammate as being most important to team success. Big surprise for me was whole waiver claim process, where multiple teams reached out even though they weren't sure that I may end up playing for them. Draft order and rotating turns decided that I ended up with San Antonio Marshals. As I was claimed last minute I wasn't able to participate in the game versus Palm Beach Solar Bears. We were perceived as underdogs going 0-4 in postseason. But we overcame this and won 20-15, because of our defence that I soon hopefully become integral part. Three crucial interceptions by Jorge Masvidal, Jason Williams and Ben Urlacher swayed the tides of game in our favour. I can't wait to join this potent defence in the next game against Tijuana Luchadores (where I'd probably end up if not for San Antonio Marshalls). Another thing that is great in the team is mentoring - immediately after joining the team General Manager connected me with Alumni CB that guided me in what I should train to become most useful for team success. We also have two talented Quarterbacks (Mike Vick and Ryan Applehort) that should lead us in our way for title of Ultimini! What I enjoyed the most outside the field is how active the locker is with GMs Roly and run_CMC taking initiatives not only about team strategy but also about atmosphere and progress.
