Baltimore’s locker room is rarely rowdy. I attribute that to the team culture that both GM Hendrix and star QB Avon Blocksdale pride themselves on. Their lead by example mentality sets the tone for a positive and inclusive atmosphere. I would also say that generally speak across the board, we have one of the oldest player bases in the league. Although our age gap spans nearly 2 decades, our young players are some of the most responsible and dedicated member, not only in our locker room, but in the league as well.
We do still have fun though as we have plans for an upcoming challenge amongst players. This challenge should be a good way to build rapport, overall team camaraderie, as well as put a few dollars into our pockets. Despite striking out in free agency, we have done a great job building through the draft and continuing to have one of the most active player bases in the NSFL.
