If it was a pool of all the players, I would assume ADs will just exhaust the list of NSFL players then grab what's left to fill the team from DSFL.

It would be cool if there was a mandatory 50/50 split. So starting WRs would have to be 1 NSFL and 1 DSFL.

I know that there's likely not the numbers needed to do it exactly like that, but having a quota for DSFL players (including starting roles) would be good

I mean players are in the DSFL for only one MAYBE two seasons. There are offseason prospect games for DSFL players. DSFL players will have the opportunity to play if they're playing for a weaker conference, but I don't think a quota is something we're considering.
