*Minimum Contracts: What to do?

I like this idea and feel like it's a good compromise of the ideas previously brought forward and the old system. As others have said, there would need to be an adjustment peroid and/or grandfathering as applying this to existing contracts would screw over teams that didn't leave a lot of money on the table.
