Just to be clear, I am not opposed to discussion. The last thing I posted in this thread was part of a discussion and stating where I get hung up on the TPE for jobs setup
I have a hard time giving jobs a TPE advantage, but if there is support for it I am not against it. It has been brought up in head office and is being discussed there as well.
