I guess I'll go with the easy option here. Er with all his multis definitely changed the game since they were all in S2 and so many of them were OL when it was a massive need around the league. I know for a fact I drafted two of his OL creates, I'm sure other teams did as well. However, the big part of all this is Arizona acquired some of the best players in the league at the time with Tim Pest, Luke Leuchly, and Cristiano Ronaldo which really helped propel them to two more league titles in S2 and S3. Now, I'm not saying they wouldn't have won but the chances definitely wouldn't have been as high. They were utterly dominant both of those seasons.
So if they didn't have those players they wouldn't have a top flight LB, top LT, and top kicker. They probably would have missed some kicks, not punted nearly as far. Bronko wouldn't have nearly as much time in the pocket and Reg Mackworthy wouldn't have had as much room to navigate. They probably would have gotten different prospects in S2 but now the talent across the league is a lot less and Arizona probably doesn't win as many games. Probably lose two more games a season and I would say that the Otters win the Ultimus in S3.
A good franchise but not nearly as good.
