I came out against messing with contracts during their life.

I did not and have not come out against actual pro activity when I was a gm. One rule suggestion and pro activity are not the same the ng.

I suggested more rule proposals than every other gm combined once the rules allowed to change rules during the season. Which was also a rule I came up with.
