I’ve always been a big gamer. Going all the way back to first grade when I got my first console for Christmas (Super Nintendo) it’s been an enjoyable hobby. One of the few downsides to having children though, is that pretty much any free time you have is dedicated to them, which is awesome, and sucks at the same time. So when Far Cry 5 came out, I was hesitant. I’ve always enjoyed the series but didn’t think I would have time to play it. I love the setting and the religious cult based story. So I said screw it, and I bought it anyways. That’s when my appendix decided to step up and be a team player. Despite the fact that it literally tried to explode inside my body, one emergency surgery later, and I’m now appendix free and have a week off from work. Far Cry 5, here I come, baby!
