I am not going to argue for or against carryover TPE. I can see both sides but there's not much to be said that hasn't already been said.

I will say that bank carryover is far less significant since new create gets an automatic $5M DSFL contract and a free $1M training so essentially a $6M rookie season deal. This is tied for 2nd highest NSFL season contract so I wouldn't call their new create bank account being a disadvantage.
