Okay that's fair, but if you're losing interest do you really believe that 50 TPE is going to keep you engaged? If so do you mind me asking why? While it's a nice boost it doesn't seem like it would be that significant of a reason to stick around.

Unfortunately, I think it is. I remember playing World of Warcraft for several years even though I'd stopped enjoying it. I'd been one of the better-geared players and took pride in that, even though I wasn't enjoying raiding or guild politics, and the RP I joined for had long-since dried up. It wasn't until I deployed for 6 months and lost the advantage on everyone that I quit, and did so with no remorse.

So, basically, feeling you would be giving up an advantage if you left probably does keep some people on board. That said, we are talking about people who don't actually enjoy it, so letting them walk is probably not a huge loss.
