(S8) - PT 1 - Draft Party

On draft day, my plan is to be simply sitting with my family, trying not to show my nerves as the buzz of a new career surrounds me. This party won't be big, simply my parents, agent, and best friend for 15 years will be in attendance. I don't mind who I go to, it's been a dream for me to play at the highest level of football possible, and my chance is here and now. I'll probably pace back and forth around my house, and work best breathing, and as each pick goes by, it'll get harder and harder to focus. Even though I'm the best linebacker in UAB history, the small school prowess has dragged me down. But I love the challenge, and am looking forward to taking on the DSFL with everything I've got.
