If I had done this, I most likely would have put Portland over Tijuana, but I think you made a really good argument. While Tijuana almost lost to PB, they really did outplay them, and even ONE of those FGs (out 7) being a TD would have sealed the game with time to spare.
And you were right about Palm Beach. Playing on the road against the top 2 ranked teams and making both of them sweat speaks either really well for them or really poorly for SA and TIJ.
SA has a really tough week coming up with 3 road games, be interesting to see if they can stay on top.
