Not many people know, but I stepped up to help out the team because no one else wanted to be co-GM to To1 at the time and RFFO had gone inactive. Again, it's shame about the aftermath of this move but I needed to do what was best for myself as a person and the team.

Similarly, when TO was selected for HO, that left only myself and adam to step up without having to trade for someone new. It wasn't until after the trade, when I wanted to go to sleep and Philly's discord kept going off that I realized I couldn't do this again given that I am still worn out, overweight, and behind in my personal life from my time as commish.

I volunteered as co with genuine intent to be active, and have been slowly doing more, having gameplanned for all of our games this season (not solely, but putting in work on them), and had been discussing scouting strategy with him yesterday morning. I was prepared for the idea of eventually taking over, but I just wasn't ready, and I don't think I would be for a couple of months. I knew stepping down would hurt the team, but I felt that only being somewhat available to do the work would hurt as well.
