With the new scale, render work such as jersey changes are to be expected. What happens if a grader doesn't realize that render work has been done and they miss it? And what happens for people newer to graphics who may not know how to do render work and are held back in terms of grading by that?

One big thing we would like is more communication. Don't agree with the grade? Let the grader know. I don't think I have to worry about anyone thinking their grade is too high and wanting payout decreased. what we may see is the bank team hating us as amendments happen but we are to have discussions about individual grades.
