Honestly? I think you can find exceptions for anything, but for the most part the submissions tend to be sigs.
so let's address this piece, I honestly think it would be a special case because it is a Free Agent signing announcement and it would have to be something we do look at. That said, we are also looking to make all team logos in the NSFL original so we are trying and working out how to pay for stuff like that.
