I was chatting about this last night in the Marshals discord. We might actually see a tiebreaker come down to points allowed, as it seems the most likely outcome is a two way tie between BAL and PHI at 7-7. As you already mentioned, BAL is behind in PF considerably, but faces a much easier remaining schedule.
