Emilia Rudd has always been the type of player to spend more than enough time in the gym hitting weights, and that has transferred over now into the DSFL where she has spent her off-season increasing her strength and doing wind sprint to up her speed and endurance. Rudd has made note that she wants to be one of the fastest players on the field despite being a tight end and is already putting in the work to get there. Her aggressive receiving play style will allow her to fit nicely into the San Antonio Marshals offense that is now being led by rookie quarterback Zenyou Wozy. Along with weight lifting and wind sprinting, Rudd is doing basic cardio exercises to increase her endurance which is a big area of need for her as has been pointed out by many NSFL scouts to this day. If she can bring that up to par with her speed, she will be an offensive monster.
