Eli Kamaka doesn't do any crazy training as a part of the NSFL season. He’s a big fan of the old school, but he does recognize that sometimes you need to try to do things better and that working smarter not harder is the key to longevity. Kamaka has been training with a special strength and conditioning coach from Colorado over the off season. In the past he's travelled all around the world to get acclimated to different conditions, but this off season he decided to stick to training in Colorado since it provided a good environment already. Kamaka has also started to do cryogenic treatments to help with recovery and it's helped him push his endurance harder than ever before. He obviously keeps up with his agility exercises too to maintain some semblance of agility and speed in the off season. Kamaka is ready for the next season to start and to be able to play in Colorado for a full season.
