During the offseason Barnaby works the personal trainer he has had since the end of his freshman year in high school. his trainer Ryan George who owns Proform works on functional movement, and had a job with the Chicago bears and the buffalo bills at points in his career. George is more of a friend at this point than a trainer as he and Barnaby have grown very close. their workouts consist of lots of band work, in creasing stability throughout the body as well as mobility. barnaby is able to do more than most athletes due to his work with Mr. George. it has been a progressive work since the first session all those years ago at this point. he goes in and uses his knowledge of atheltic trainniig to help the team in the offseason too so that they can be at peak performace by time they need to start winning games again.
