Turk Turkleton likes to go to the extreme. To train like no one ever has. To really get himself in the right mind set and be mentally and physically ready for the massive stressful and intense football season ahead, Turk likes to train by binge wachting anime. The combination of eating a special diet while watching his shows and sitting around all day watching japanese cartoon has been amazing for Turk so far. As you can see from his season stats... fuckin kill me.
Anyways turk also practises weights during the offseason ofcourse. Not only his arms, but also his legs. For this he has invented a genious training methode. Taking his bodypillow and using that as a weight to traing with. While some other players might look at Turks training methodes to be a little absurd and obscure, Turks been at a top fit shape through out his career due to it.
