Before last year I had a very strict and detailed work out plan, one that had been constructed by my grand father, tweaked by my father, and fine tuned by we to get me to the point I was when I first came into the NSFL. I was a big strong linebacker who also looked pretty lean for my size. This all changed when I was asked to switch to the defensive line. I was already pretty strong, but my coaches wanted me to bulk up to 300 pounds. I of course did some weight training here and there, but the main training I did was lifting plate after plate after plate....and no I don't mean in the weight room. That's right, I'd hit up just about every buffet between San Antonio and Philadelplhia. It didn't matter what kind of food it was, as long as it was all you could eat, I'd go in there and basically clear the place out. Despite what you may think though, you actually have to work hard to keep weight on during a football season and that's why I figure I'm doing to hardest workout in the NSFL.
