My training regimen probably isn't much different than anyone else's at this point in the year. Everyone is doing their best to become well versed players and go out and do what they're supposed to do. I'm no exception. I'm working hard to get better so that my team can get back into the Championship where they belong.
I've really been focused on speed this off season. I keep hearing around the league from the veterans that speed kills. Well, I aim to be deadly. I've been working a lot on running sprints with a parachute attached to my back, and I've been having some of the new rookies hold bands attached to my core to try and slow me down. It's been great training.
I've also be doing a lot of hands drills. Playing racquetball has really helped me develop my hand eye coordination, and it's showing on the field. It's going to be a great season for Viggo Squanch.
