Lo Rax knows that if he is going to make it in the NSFL, he is going to have to be as versatile a defender as possible, as he is one who was not gifted the same level of physical gifts that many of the starts of the NSFL possess. As such, his training is varied. Rax is a regular attendee of Don Beebe's speed camp, for example: something generally reserved for player's on the offensive side of the ball. To hone his hand fighting and explosive movements, Lo practices at an MMA gym. In order to increase his agility and foot speed, Lo works by Irish dancing. Of course all that is on top of his more regular gym and workout routines: cardio on the workout bikes, pumping free weights and rounds of plyometrics. He knows that if he sticks to the conventional stuff, he'll have a conventional role for someone of his talent level: Top second stringer. But Rax has higher aspirations, so he'll do anything that he thinks can help to get better in even the most nuanced way.
