Either 1000 words takes other guys way less time to write or I'm retarded, because I don't think I can crank that out in less than an hour. Happy to be proven wrong, but it's hard to write about made up football.

This is my take as well. It would take me way longer to crank out thousands of words than it would to crank out a few sigs. Granted, my sigs aren't of the same caliber as some of the amazing work other guys do, but still.

Making up 1000 words multiple times about role playing football isn't easy. You're either comparing stats, breaking down stats of players/teams, or you're just making up stories.
