You keep using expressions like "handled" and "accounted for," neither of which answer the question I am asking. Will retroactively earned TPE be awarded? This new scale WILL cause newer max earners (like, I dunno...YOU and dwyer) to earn more from training camp than I will earn, because max earners will play more than 10 seasons. Given the choice, I would opt to be placed in that system as well, receiving the 5 TPE I would have received last year to get on the same page. Is that going to be an option?
