I also find it suspicious that HO has suddenly decided to rework the tpe in a minor way afyer multiple seasons of being asked to do exactly that by many members of the league. And adding more tpe later in the careers of veteran players after having numerous veteran players ask for those kinds of benefits? Clearly there's a conspiracy there. But the most damning evidence of malfeasance is removing the milestones that most people hated. You don't just give people what they ask for unless you're up to something, obviously.

Watch out everyone. Between this and last season where a member of HO rewrote the rulebook because virtually all the GMs and HOs hated working with it, you have to keep a wary eye on these bastards. Next they're probably gonna pull some shit like raising the pay for positions that are hard to fill.

FWIW, I get the removal of milestones. I started complaining about them in S2.

But can you really not see looking at rule changes, especially multiple season long overdue ones, suddenly being implemented as multiple HO members are going to benefit from them?

Can you really not see being the highest-paid HO in all sim leagues, a decision made after 4 seasons of truly piss-poor management that even members of the HO then frequently complained about, as something worthy of criticism?

Have you already forgotten a PPT change made earlier this season about subreddit TPE, which I still haven't received? Half-assed decisions are not a thing of the distant past.

I get that I'm an asshole, and it's always me "causing problems," but if you focus a little more on the substance and less on the source, you'll see that a lot of the shit I was complaining about was pretty damn valid. Odds are pretty good that this is, too. But this league's HO has a really unhealthy history of just trying to mock everyone who points out a flaw, shitting all over them, encouraging ridicule, then quietly addressing it without any credit down the road. Not once has any member in HO admitted that all my complaints about CB turned out to be spot on, nor was adam ever publicly thanked for the shit ton of work he did to expose Er, despite receiving a lot of league-wide ill will.

I fucking hate the "with us or against us" mindset that any issue ends up becoming. I am genuinely trying to fight less and generally these are the result of unclear wording, but every one is handled as just shutting down an insurrection, like this is still fucking Season Five.
