Let's see. PHI and SJS need a QB, but will have to draft one this year. If either of them feel they have a shot at getting you in FA, spending a first rounder on a QB would be difficult. BAL will need one soon, but I don't know if Blocksdale would be ready to step down after this season when playing through S11 seems to increase his chance of making the Hall of Fame. YKW and NOLA are definitely set, and I would add ARI and OCO to that list as well.
