The first time it was noticed, you had double claimed three different things in one update, we looked back and saw you did it in the past. We let you know you were double claiming and to please try to be more careful.

Then in the very next update we noticed you did it again. We let you and your GMs know so that you could fix it (which you did)

Then in the very next update after that, you did it again. For the third time in as many updates after getting alerted about it twice.

So, in my opinion, we did exactly what you propose we should be doing. I honestly think we did our due diligence and tried to help you out and I'm sorry you don't feel that way, but I'm not sure what else we could have done.

Why did it take them 3 weeks to fess up and say something then?
