Good article and everything, but why do we have to call it a tpe boost? Why don't we just raise the minimum/starting attributes for user OLs? Bot OLs would stay where they are at now. That would also allow user OLs to actually max out like other positions.

Right, that's kindve the same idea, except then we would need another set of OL templates because the OL bots are basically just the template with addition to the TPE. Either way would work, I just thought this way would be easier to handle in the grand scheme of things.
