In the past the Oles family has seen multiple business ventures that utilize the money they earn from football affairs. Tyler Oles was big in the food truck game in Philadelphia and would often have events to feed the homeless, less fortunate, and anyone else who might need a meal but may not have the means to bring one about. Well, Kazimir spends his time a little differently. As an animal lover Kazimir can often be found sponsoring school trips to the zoo, taking classes out to the local zoo (whether it's in Baltimore or San Jose) and even taking them to other zoos a bit out of the way. Along with this Kazimir tends to donate a lot of time and money to the zoos themselves, along with animal sanctuaries, pet rescues, and international animal services to prevent poaching among other things. Kazimir Oles has a focus on education and animals, helping kids find new things they may never have seen before while also giving animals new hope that might not have come about due to selfish nature of some people. By educating the people of the future he hopes to bring about the end of unjust animal practices, but still recognizes the help that hunting and how the circle of life works, so he works on educating safe practices and preventing practices that are simply for monetary gain, like poaching practices.
