Well, despite the fact that Verso L'Alto has missed the playoffs only one time throughout the duration of his career (which seems to be getting quite long, suddenly) and despite the fact that he has made it to the last three Ultimus games in a row, he has only one championship ring to his name. Watching the Super Bowl last week, L'Alto noticed that Robert Craft, owner of the New England Patriots seemed to be wearing his Super Bowl rings as cuff links and thought to himself, "Wow, now that's a level of snobby that I can aspire to". And suddenly, he had a new motivation. L'Alto only needs one more championship to unlock the "cuff link level", but with potentially another 4-5 seasons left in him and on a team that's built to win now, who's to say that he won't achieve "button down shirt level" of snobbery? This would be a dream of epic proportions, and yet, where he is now in his career (making pro bowl every season), there is hardly a Tight End talent more worthy of such lofty ambitions. Set to hit free agency after this season, Verso L'Alto now firmly controls his own championship earning potential.
