(S13) - PT 4 - The Other Guys

The DSFL and NSFL are vastly different places, that’s for sure. I have been a GM (Bobby Wasabi) in both (Marshals, DSFL (Current)) (Otters, NSFL) respectively. I am normally quiet in chats and whatnot but I was warned that if I wanted to be on the Marshals that I be a more active and vocal member. I feel like I have somewhat lived up to my agreement. I dont participate a lot on the forums but I do partake in discord. The DSFL in my opinion is very relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone tries but it isnt the end of the world if there are lapses or some failure. People have fun in the chats and it is all very friendly talk/banter. The NSFL seems to breed a different animal. People are very strict about things that they care about for some reason and very relaxed about things they dont. Some rules are followed to a “T” and some never enforced. Not everyone can be perfect all the time but everyone expects the Head Office to somehow negate that fact and appease everyone at the same time with their judgments. Kudos go to these people that work hard all the time but rarely get credit where credit is due when all people see are the mistakes they make.
