How am I supposed to write this PT. My player is chilling on the 6-6 Colorado Yeti; while I'm GMing the 7-5 Portland Pythons. I got both leagues covered. Nothing to write about have I.
For Lejune, life in the minors was pretty cool. Winning 90+ percent of your games does tend to rachet up the fun levels. Teamed up with a bunch of guys who very quickly transitioned to the next level, Lejune and Portland clowned the DSFL. We had Trout (rookie of the year 1 season later), Lejune (led his NSFL team in tackles 1 season later), and Schneider (Safety of the Year candidate two seasons later). Thats only the start of the elite level of talent we carried. Slim Shady was our running back, look at what he's doing to the league today.
If my GM character (maybe I should name him) were doing this task, I think he'd be rather relieved that he is not an NSFL GM. There is no looking across the abyss with longing. I/ He don't want a "promotion" to the NSFL. The DSFL is challenging enough as is. You think I'd want to try and fix YKW, or NOLA? NO... I absolutely do not.
