I consider myself a founding member of the DSFL, since I was one of the original GMs. Somehow, though, I've never actually played in the DSFL. Paul DiMirio, who's now retired, was created S1 W9 and didn't play until S2, after which he had too much TPE to be sent down. I GM'd the Coyotes for many delightful years, but I never got to experience it firsthand which is why I'm excited for RDA5, my new player. But since he's currently in the DSFL, I'm gonna write about him in the NSFL. He's a hybrid S/LB guy, which is someone I've planned since around S8. I wanted to be the ultimate versatile player, able to play for any team and make an impact wherever he was needed. Sure, there's not much difference between the S and LB positions, and the moneybacker build has been done before (looking at you, Dominic Verns), but RDA is primed to be even more useful than that. Desperate for boundary guys? Slot him in at CB or NB. Need pass rushers? He can play that in a pinch. It seems like the league is switching back to a defensive focus after the offensive renaissance, and I'm determined to make Richard D'Attoria V a part of it.
