The application is in fullscreen if im not mistaken. But the actual game itself MAY NOT have an option to put the "game view" in full screen (From what I've seen in the small amount of footage on youtube no one else has it in full screen either), but I could be wrong. That would be a silly thing to leave out.

If thats the case you can try cropping/zooming? I am also only familiar with how to do that in OBS. Also not sure how well zooming would work.
