Defering draft class

This is an interesting idea IMO.

The hardest part would be tracking the original season for regression. Maybe it could be like

(S19) S - Player Name

and it would become

(S19 -> S21) S - Player Name

my thought would be go and fix all the previous players years and just use the DSFL draft year. you would then change the rules to extend regression by 1 year, which would be the exact same if you go off the DSFL draft year.

i.e.
S19 NSFL draft -> S26 regression (7 seasons)

S18 DSFL draft -> S26 regression (8 seasons) can be drafted in to NSFL S19-S22
