If you're wanting to have a true college feel, that would likely require the league to go to a 4-season college career with an option to enter after junior year and an option to redshirt. That's never gonna happen, imo. Maybe further down the line with the addition of the S21 and S24 classes we would have enough players, but as of right now I just don't see a way to put this into effect without turning the league on it's head. I personally enjoy the idea of a 3-4 season college career but I don't think it's feasible with the number of players in the league unless we change several other rules, such as retirement and recreate limitations, just to name two.
