DPOY doesn't make pro bowl

just make it a google form or something like that, so people cant see what other people are voting for and have to do their own research.

we tried that last year, problem is that being in a google sheet, even if its visible to everyone, led to less discussion about awards it seemed. and also doesnt fix bias
