The Baltimore Hawks give up;
Turk Turkleton
Erasmo Broadway
S2 Round 2 draft pick

From the Orange County Otters;
George Wright Jr
The rights to Josh Bercovici
Why this trade works
Although the Orange County Otters have a rookie kicker and a rookie punter both of these players are unproven and an unknown quality however with Turk Turkleton they get a great all round kicker to fill the role while their rookies improve their game during the rest of the first season to come in to take his place or be traded to another team. They also would not trade away a player like George Wright Jr for a kicker no matter how good that kicker is so the Baltimore Hawks would have to offer up something extra so adding a top Linebacker will sweeten the trade so much more for the Otters especially one with such experiences as being a GM will really help the locker room.
Baltimore are also in need of a backup quarterback and someone who can push Scrub Kyubee to be the best possible quarterback so having the rights to Bercovici traded to them to offer him a contract would be a good idea and to trade his rights for a pick in the second round would make a lot of sense for Orange County.
