Well here in Chicago, it wouldn't have been problem except frigin Jiggly. He's the one that brought the snow north. By just mentioning snow, it comes. And all in the Locker room, Jiggly was talking smack about the snow. And it heard. So now, it's extra cold. Especially as Mike travels home to Canada for the offseason, it's even more friggin cold. So thanks Jiggly, you butt. Anyways, preparing for the elements is about as useful as trying to get Jiggly to not jinx the weather or the team. In the North, rain can turn to snow and snow can turn into rain in a blink of the eye. That being said, Mike tends to add an extra layer of socks and underwear, as well as takes an extra 2 pairs in the bag to the game for a possible half time switch. Who knows how much water can get up all in those pants. Especially in the windy city. That being said, sometimes the extra long cleats work well, especially on defense, but really its all about trying to stay warm and keep those muscles ready. So heat packs on the bench are a must. Don't tell me otherwise. 202
