2. What Bex said was pretty shitty, I’d imagine she’s said more about others that DD didn’t seem important enough to snitch on. This primarily concerns me because of the attack she led on Boomcheck after calling her out for poor conduct in her free agency.

5. Everyone in here downplaying what looks to me like cheating now has my personal suspicions. Not that that means anything. Disappointed that I’ve been finding that the members of this league are as a whole, much more morally flexible than I previously believed. The whole attitude of it being PMs so unrelated is BS. Breaking rules is breaking rules whether in public or private.

6. The lack of transparency in this process feels corrupt, I hope it isn’t and we see justice for the parties involved.

Just a few things I want to address publically regarding these few points:

- I won't argue that the comments were mean spirited, although out of context I don't think we can judge those words at face value. As for the Boomcheck situation, I feel it is unfair to say that she led the charge on that one, as most of it was her friends sticking up for her. I'll concede that the reactions may have went further than they should have though.

- The cheating is not the matter being downplayed. It doesn't matter that they were PM's or not, cheating is cheating. We may be getting confused here, defending the comments about others being said to friends privately is not defending any cheating that happened privately. We take any allegations of cheating seriously.

- I've been trying to be as transparent as possible in discord, but I understand that moves fast and may have been missed so I'll let you know what is going on here. We are currently investigating the situation where members of NOLA have been accused of tampering Bex. The team investigating this issue includes members of HO and the site owner, apart from Bex and those with ties to NOLA. Please note that Bex is the subject of tampering, not the one facilitating the tampering, according to the accusations.
