Although the Mongeese may just be a prospect team, they certainly have the best fans in the world. Mongeese fans are very superstitious. Every day, during tailgate parties, they burn Sun Tropics flags, and spit on Sun Tropics jerseys. Yes, these fans are certainly diehard! It’s been noticed that the fans have begun to pick some favorite players. They love the big defensive lineman, Bork Bjornsson and everything about him. They love all 330 pounds of them! They’re eager to buy his #98 jersey, as it’s the top seller. However, fans are also fond of quarterback Logan Ryder, who’s shown some promise and had his ups and downs early on. Mongoose fans have begun to notice that their games are particularly low scoring, and credit that to the iron-nosed defense. As they say, defense wins championships. They’re interested to see where all their favorites go in the S2 draft, coming up this offseason. It is certain to say the Mongeese have some of the best fans (even if they’re just prospect teams!). They wish the best for these young players as they enter the league, hopefully many of them being selected in the draft. And just a reminder, Go Mongeese!
