This is a pretty easy choice from my perspective but probably won’t gain much momentum since awards like this tend to be more about flashy stats than overall effectiveness. I am not saying , winning a championship doesn’t deserve accolades but I am say a General Manager can have an outstanding season without winning a championship, or in this case even making the playoffs. @Hallmonitor_20 had an outstanding general manager year for us over in Philadelphia. This guy ran the ship for almost an entire season on his own before adding the excellent co recently in TubbyTim69. Hall was instrumental in taking this team from veteran consistent playoff performer through a very quick and sharp rebuild phase and now we are on the verge of that elite status again. Disappointingly, we missed the playoffs this season but the maneuvering made by Hall was able to set us up nicely for the next 3 seasons. He was the number one reason league leading rusher, Sam Torenson, returned to Philadelphia despite not yet seeing the results he had hoped after signing his first free agent contract. He managed to usher out an all-time great quarterback in Adriana Falconi with extreme class. He then worked out a replacement from seemingly out of nowhere in Brock Phoenix. Then deftly moved, over sized strong as an ox former QB, Blocksdale to tight end, a move that proved to be ultra-beneficial for the running game with a young QB at the helm. I am excited to see what the next 3 seasons bring to Philly and though I am sure the rewards won’t head Hall’s way this season, they certainly are right around the corner.
