Well, I've only been in HO for a season now, so I'm a fairly new face, BR is a new face, and manic is stepping down soon, so HO will be a completely different set of people than who made all these decisions that make you so angry. You do realize that we truly want to help the league right? Thats why we took this position. And no decision we ever make will make everyone happy. Any decisions we made have been toiled over in HO chat and discussed thoroughly so that we make what we feel is the right call. Not all of us even agree with each other all the time. It is not an easy gig.

In the otters locker room (which you are definitely a part of) I put my full reasoning into why I voted for reinstatement. And if you didn't see that, its funny that you wouldn't ask the one teammate in HO you had for his opinion - my PMs are always open. I said that I felt she would be nearly impossible to replace, not because I didn't know who we'd replace her with but because I felt that she is the best person for the job. It was meant a testament to her work ethic, but if it wasn't taken that way I understand and I'm sorry. Not wanting to give rookies a bad impression wasn't even a thought and something I haven't heard anyone else say until now. Also, slm didn't give us the full rundown of the votes, but apparently it was fairly split and a very close vote. That means there were others that also agreed with you, it just didn't go your way. For full transparency sake, here is what I posted in the otters LR on why I voted the way I did:
