Of everything that happened last night, this one is probably the most fair to complain about (and holy fuck does everyone like to complain). The Norfolk part doesn't really bother me, but Portland does. A 2-12 team that had 3 extra early round picks, that stings for sure.

The Norfolk part is the only one that bothers me, because at least there’s probably a reason why. Portland being on the ballot is a non-starter.
