I agree with this wholeheartedly. Our really good graphics artists have always put me in awe and I've long been a proponent of those guys getting paid more for their work. I know how much time some of these guys put in to make theirs and then to watch them get a low graded and barely get paid for hours of work can be crushing. There is a definite disparity there.

Then again, I feel like media graders also get a bit a shafted here. Most media graders spend more time grading media than they would writing an article that'd make more money than their job pay for the same effort. I think I worked through the math once and the conversion was like 1.4x more money if they'd just write instead of grade. I feel like its one of our most devalued jobs!
