I could talk about Jonathon Saint, but everyone knows Saint is one of the top 10 players in the entire league. He's one nasty motherfucker and nobody needs to explain. But I will talk a bit about my own player and his partner in crime, Wyatt Fulton.
Fulton has been considered a middle of the pack linebacker by many this season despite being part of the best duo of linebackers in the entire NSFL. While Saint set the pace for the Colorado Yeti defense with his linebacker leading sack totals, Fulton played his wingman and filled in as the swiss army knife of the Yeti backer corps. Fulton was a monster in pass defense for the Yeti this season and has not only picked off a pass but lead all linebackers in pass deflections. Adding on top of that a very solid tackles total at 76 over the regular season. He also was third in Linebacker sacks - only behind teammate Saint and Ernston of the Outlaws. Saint and Fulton teamed up for more sacks than nearly every other linebacking group (3 to 4 players each) combined. Their ability to generate pressure on the quarterback was unmatched from their position in the NSFL and they look to be a deadly duo as the years pass. Saint and Fulton are the class of pressure linebackers. While not having the tackle totals of some other linebackers, they generate far more pressure and allow the defensive line and safeties to play a much more physical game.
Wyatt Fulton must be considered among the top linebackers in the entire league and should be considered a top 50 talent. While his teammate Saint is one of the best in the league. Fulton is among the best at his position.
