Yeah I mean. If someone steals from a store you don't just take what they stole back. You fine or jail them to. Idk what dudes on about over there.

edit- in fact when I was 14 I was caught stealing a 99 cent "Grandmas Cookie" It was Peanut Butter. I was caught and fined $119, and as much as thats bullshit. I still advocate this punishment. One because he was just being lazy, and I was hungry and poor. Two because its fake money and, really its not a lot of fake money either.
